Why ANTWU?

The All Nepal Tourism Workers Union (ANTWU) was created to serve the needs of tourism workers in Nepal. The tourism industry is an important sector of the Nepalese economy, and it employs a large number of workers. However, like in many industries, tourism workers can face challenges such as poor working conditions, low wages, and lack of access to social security and insurance. ANTWU was established to address these issues and to advocate for the rights and well-being of tourism workers in Nepal. Through education, training, and advocacy efforts, ANTWU works to ensure that tourism workers have access to decent work, social security, and a democratic labor market. By serving the needs of these workers, ANTWU plays an important role in supporting the overall development of the tourism industry in Nepal.
